My Rochester practice (where the old police station used to be) is a three minute walk away from the town centre with its access to bus and mainline train services. There is a minimal amount of on street parking with no fee in East Row, Union Street, and Cazeneuve Street. Alternatively there are Pay & Display car parks at the end of Union Street, and the top end of King Street.

My Kings Cross location is a two minute walk from the Pentonville Road exit at Kings Cross underground station, with nearby mainline services that include St Pancras. Bus routes serving the area include 10, 30, 45, 46, 59, 63, 73, 205, 214, 390 and 476. There is a Pay & Display car park from 7:30am to 7:30pm around the corner at Brittania Street. The location is only just outside the Congestion Charging zone and is wheelchair accessible.
